Disunity is Disastrous: 

Workers were expecting united trade union actions on the wage revision issue. 

But the sudden and unilateral programme by BSNLEU and SNEA Unions have 

spoiled the united movement.

Because of this negative development, they could not enthuse their own 

members. 

The participation in the strike on 27/7/17 is below 50 percent of the staff in 

Coimbatore SSA. It is the fervent hope of all that atleast now better sense 

would prevail and the neeed for united movement for the realisation of 

wage revision would  be developed with consensus of all the major 

unions efforts in the near future.

CONDUCT LUNCH HOUR DEMONSTRATION ON 26-07-2017 AND 
WEAR BLACK BADGES WHILE ON DUTY ON 27-07-2017:- 

Dear Comrade, as you are well aware of the fact that, the National Forum of 
BSNL Unions and Associations has taken initiative for settling the issue of 
3rd PRC by holding its 1st meeting on 24th May 2017 and calling their 
members to hold the lunch hour demonstration all over Nation on 
14th June 2017 and relay hunger fast on 3rd and 4th July 2017. 

Simultaneously we have written series of letters to PMO, Secretary DOT 
and DPE including Minister of heavy industries. 

At the same time BSNL management including CMD himself met Minister 
of IT and Communication to secure 3rd PRC for their work force. 

Now based on Cabinet approval the DPE notification has to be seen 
whether the Administrative Ministry/Board of the PSUs have been 
empowered by the Cabinet to allow dispension of the “Affordability Clause" 
of 3rd PRC report. 

In case Board/Administrative Ministry is empowered then BSNL Board and 
DOT Administration should implement the 3rd PRC in BSNL in the interest of 
its Viability otherwise, we have to fight organisationally. 

National Forum of BSNL unions/associations are committed for 3rd PRC 
implementation and in case the BSNL Board/DOT Administration do not 
implement it, in that case national forum of BSNL unions and association 
will never hesitate to go on indefinite Strike as decided in 4th July 2017 
meeting. 

After taking the stock of the situation an emergent meeting of National 
Forum of BSNL unions/association met today in Delhi under the 
Chairmanship of Com. V. Subburaman G.S. TEPU and decided to hold 
Lunch Hour Demonstration on 26-07-2017 at all levels for securing 3rd 
PRC to BSNL employees. 

And also decided to wear the black badges, while on duty on 27-07-2017 
to extend moral support and focus our demand.

      THIRD PRC REPORT APPROVED BY CABINET?

The Hindu Business Line quoting PTI reports that the Cabinet chaired by PM Shri Narendra Modi, yesterday approved the Third PRC report for wage revision of serving Executives in PSEs. We do not doubt the credibility of Hindu or the PTI. The report says that 15% hike in salary is proposed. There, the doubts arise. Because PRC has recommended 15%, 10% and 5% hike depending upon the affordability of PSUs. Hence, we were waiting for the official Press Release.

Normally, after Cabinet Meetings the Press Information Bureau releases Press Communiqués. After yesterday’s meeting also the PIB has given eight Press Releases. In that there is nothing about the PRC Report and Pay hike in CPSEs.

The Procedure:

There are certain procedures for implementing PRC report like; 1) The Cabinet approves it based on the Cabinet Note submitted by Department of Public Enterprises. 2) DPE issues the Office Memorandum based on the Cabinet approval. 3) DOT endorses the DPE OM to BSNL. 4) BSNL Board meets and considers the affordability and then takes a decision.

Even if the Media report is correct, we have to wait for the further procedures.Let us wait and see. Let us not jump into any hasty conclusion. And, after all, it is only for  Executives. For Non-Executives bilateral negotiations have to be held before taking strike decision.

ஒன்றுபட்டு பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தி அதில் முன்னேற்றம் இல்லை என்று 
உறுதியாக முடிவானபின் காலவறையற்ற வேலைநிறுத்தம் மூலமே 
சாத்தியப்படும். 

தோழர் அபிமன்யூ தன்னிச்சையாக, அவசரகதியில் அறிவித்துள்ள 
வேலைநிறுத்த அறிவிப்பு வீண் விரயமே. விளம்பரத்திற்கு

விலகி உள்ளது வரவேற்க வேண்டிய நடவடிக்கை.

நரேஷ் குமார், சாய்பாபா காலனி கிளைச் செயலர் பேரின்பராஜ், 
கணபதி கிளை துணைச் செயலர் ஈசாக் ஆகியோர் PGM திரு.சுந்தர் 
அவர்களை சந்தித்தனர் 

ஊழியர் பிரச்னைகள், விரிவாக்கப் பணிகள், மார்கெட்டிங் 
ஆகியவை பற்றி விவாதிக்கப்பட்டன. 

குறிப்பாக பென்சன், Staff,   EB Commercial   sectionகளுக்கு  
கூடுதல் ஊழியர்களை posting  செய்வது, 
தோழர் மாரிசாமி JE  மாற்றல் பிரச்னை, 
அவினாசி தோழர் மதியழகன் மாற்றல், 
குனியமுத்தூர் தோழர் பழனிச்சாமி  பழிவாங்குதல்,
தோழர் வெங்கடாசலம் B.U Transfer உள்ளிட்டவை 
விவாதிக்கப்பட்டன.  

AGM ( Admn) திரு. ரவி அவர்களும் உடனிருந்து விவாதத்தில் 
பங்கேற்றார்.

  தில்லுமுல்லு திரைப்பட   ஆள்மாறாட்டம் போன்ற ஒரு செயல் 
காரணமாக பீளமேடு தோழர் கே. ஆறுமுகம் TT அவர்களுக்கு 
30/6/17 அன்று முழுமையான ( Honourable )  பணி நிறைவு 
தரப்படவில்லை. 

மாவட்டச் சங்கம் தலையிட்டு ஆழமாக  விசாரித்ததில் குற்றம் 
சாட்டப்பட்டவர் இவரல்ல என்பது தெரிந்தது. இதில் மாவட்ட 
துணைத் தலைவர் தோழர் கோட்டியப்பன் அவர்களின் பணி 
பாராட்டுதலுக்குரியது. 

நிர்வாகத்துடன் பேசி உடனடியாக பிரச்னை தீர்க்கப்பட்டு 
புதிய  ஓய்வு  உத்திரவு வழங்கப்பட்டது. 

தோழர் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் சங்கத்திற்கு ரூ.2000/- நன்கொடை 
வழங்கினார்.

தனது இளம் வயது முதல் இறுதி மூச்சுவரை ஒளிர்ந்து வந்த 

மார்க்ஸிய ஞான ஒளி தனது 97ஆம் வயதில் இன்று
அதிகாலை மறைந்தது.

தபால் தந்தி ஊழியர்கள் சங்கத் தலைவராக பல போராட்ட
களம் கண்ட தியாகத் தலைவர்.

மத்திய மாநல அரசு ஊழியர்களாக உள்ள ஆயி்ரக்கணக்கான 

தோழர்களுக்கு மார்க்ஸிய ஞானத்தை ஊட்டியவர்.

பணி ஓய்வுக்குப் பின் கட்சி வளர்ச்சியிலும் நல்ல அறிவார்ந்த 

புத்தகங்கள் எழுதிவதிலும் முழுக் கவனம் செலுத்தியவர்.

நல்லடக்கம் நாளை மதியம் நடைபெறும்.

நாட்களும் பங்கேற்ற தோழர்களுக்கு நெஞ்சார்ந்த நன்றி.

கொடுத்து வருகிறார். இந்த போராட்டத்தை வெற்றிகரமாக்கியதில் 

அவரது பங்கு முக்கியமானது. அவருக்கு எனது தனிப்பட்ட நன்றியை

துவக்கவுரையின் சுருக்கம் !

3.7.17 ஒரு மகிழ்ச்சிகரமான நாள். இன்று அதிகாலை இரண்டாவது பேரன் பிறந்த நாள். வாழ்த்துக்கள் வழங்கிய அனைவருக்கும் நன்றி. அடுத்த தொழிற்சங்க கடமையாற்ற உங்கள் முன்னே நிற்கிறேன். லாபம் இல்லை என்றால் ஊதிய மாற்றம் இல்லை என்ற III PRCயின் முடிவை மாற்றி 1.1.17 முதல் ஊதியம் பெற்றிட நமது தேசியபோரம் போராட்டகளம் அமைத்துள்ளது. 1 . 1. 2007 முதல் ஊதிய மாற்றம் பெற்றிட அப்போது அங்கீகாரம் இல்லாத போதும் பெருமுயற்சி மேற்கொண்டோம். 78.2 சத அடிப்படையில் ஊதிய உயர்வு பெற தொடர்ந்து போராடிப் பெற்றோம். தற்போது அங்கீகார உரிமையோடும் கூட்டணி சாங்கங்களின் பேராதரவோடும் ஊதிய மாற்ற கோரிக்கையை முன் எடுத்துச் செல்கிறோம்.ராணுவத்தில் போரின் போது எதையும் எதிர்கொள்ளும் துணிவோடு செல்லும் முன்னணி படைக்கு Caravan என்று பெயர். நாம் அந்த கேரவனாக இருந்து போராடி ஊதிய மாற்றத்தை பெறுவோம். இன்று நாம் எதிர்பாராத செய்தி வந்துள்ளது. BSNLEU அகில இந்திய சங்கம் நமது போராட்டத்திற்கு ஆதரவு தெரிவித்து உள்ளதோடு அந்த சங்கத்தின் நிர்வாகிகள் நமது போராட்ட பந்தலுக்கு வந்து ஆதரவு தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் கூறி உள்ளது.அதன் அடிப்டையில் மாநிலச் செயலர் வர உள்ளார். அவரை வருக வருக என வரவேற்கிறோம்.
